DevOps and SRE?

SRE: Blame free post-mortem is a similar concept to DevOps. It's not about blaming the folks that did something quote unquote wrong, but understanding how do we make sure that doesn't happen again? And so dev off steam should be thinking about it the same way as SRE in order to better their culture.
