The Number One Skill That Gets You Thrived
Ison: I think the number one skill is learning how to work with other people. You have influence, but you don't have very much control over so many different aspects of the puzzle,. especially if you're building softwere products, or even hardware products. And i keep smiling because i's a fulwer. But at the end of a day, i think that its a mindset that gets you excited. It's counter intuitive, because, like, why are you punishing yourself so much sometimes? There is something, some sort of reward about just making tha type of impact that keeps some of us hooked.
