The Lord of the Matter and the Green Knight
Gawain goes off to the green chapel to beat the green knight. Green knight is like, all right, it's time. And he's about to take his axe and hit Gawain in the neck with it when Gawain flinches. So they do it again, third time. This time the green knight just nicks him in the back of the neck. The Lord of the Matter explains that this was all just like a test of his honor. Morgan Lefay put them up to this. She was hoping to scare Gwenavir to death at Camelot last year.
