How to Build a Sustainable Product?

As product managers in a research organization at gugo, we focus on the user and everything else will follow. We usually do not know beforehand who the user is, let alone what the product can be. That definitely makes our rolls uncomfortably exciting. A comprehensive new process starts too quickly. Assess the opportunity to build a sustainable product, secure approvals and resources to execute all this needs to happen at breckneck speed. If you don't move fast enough, other groups will seize yor portunity, and you won't build the product.
