Ike: We want you to be the person who is building, doing the best work of a career. And we have a very strong culture that says, hey, we want you to run right up unto the point that you break the thing. Break the thing, and then come and be able to say, hey, i totally broke this. Can some one fix this, dear god? I think there's a lot of pushing the boundaries of what we can do, skillwise, right to the end. But that fast paste doesn't translate into a huge amount of work hours at devoted.
