The Importance of Time in Resistance Training

With resistance training, often what we do is like add a set here or there. We're not making like dramatic changes where it's like four sets of six at up squats. But that's the same analogy that we use as the person returning to weightlifting and they automatically want to go chuck that on the bar. So I do think time is very integral here. Once you start getting into the intermediary runner or even the advanced runner, sometimes time is really still the variable that you want to focus on.
