The Old Testament Matters, Good and Robust

John, in his opening to his gospel, wants us to go back to the old testament. How can we disconnect from the old testament when the new testament writers themselves won't go down that road? E not listen to those new testament in ariu's favor,. It does say the first born of all creation, correct? Yes? And so this is why the early church had serious debates about jesus in relation to god. There's a passage here that uses that language. We will get to those debates as we get into some of the church history.
