Sally Kohn: I think it's both a managing up perspective and an anxiety perspective. She says if you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed about your workload, the first thing to do is learn to prioritize as a first. So she suggests four filters that you need to run your workload through. The must do's are things that absolutely must be done today - but they don't have to be all at once. And then her code do's are what needs to get done in order for everything to go well.
