Learning to Deal With Difficult People
I think i learn a lot about myself as a leader. We're all quite controlling an education. And you do need to delegate, because the work lis e and you can't every think himself. I often wish that i'd had a job in an office n before i became a teacher. You know, used to work just craze, like seven in the evening till four o'clock in the morning, and then start again. But ye, just a lot of juggling. And also saying when er things were too much.
