How to Step Into a Good Elevator
I often compare opportunities as a combination of card gaming. How well you played those cards, which is a function of skill. Silicon Valley is not in common for people to do extremely well even though they're not very good card players. They just know how to step into good elevators. You can't change everything about your choices. A lot of it has already been determined before you get there.
