Cooking From a Cook Book
I approach a cook book in a very disorganized fashion. A lot of sheffs do this. I'll look at a pork chop and apple recipe, and i will turn it into an idea for a pie. Tomatoes love to be cooked and then left to sit over night,. or even two days, i find they're better andy. There's a whole chapter of sauces and vinegarets i thought out. So you can make a bunch of those, throw em in what i call the door of the fridge, and then you buy something... Then you tell people you made the whole meal yourself.
