i love the ilove the things where they just really impressed with each other's abilities. Like rocky has no sense of sight, but he has these oracles, which are basically sound sensing things all over his body and he can get a three d image of his environment by his brain sorting out that information. And ryland thinks that's amazing. Where his rocky is like lemy, gets i straight, you can hear light. The idea of someone being able to form, instinctively form, and understand a three dimensional environment because some ambient radiation got through these tiny, little orifices was pretty fantastic for an alien who had never encountered vision before.
