Eve: One of the most important things, especially when dealing with fear, overwhelm, is to try and create a space where you can feel safe. Eve: We have some really great exercises in the Headspace app for that or what we call our SOS sessions. The second is grounding yourself in your physical environment. There's a lot of energy in the body and just walking that out can be really helpful.
