The Single Biggest Mistake in Pricing
The biggest problem that i see is that companies don't focus on the last bucket, and that's the grow customers. We typically think of pricing as how do we win customers? And that's the way all businesses have to go win customers. If we choose the right market segments and we continue to create value for that segment, then it's much, much easier for us to raise prices over time if we've created the right pricing. T i think i suply the single biggest problem that I see companies make are not thinking about expand part of land and expand.
