David Clark Is a Fucking Madman

Before he was the sheriff, David Clark was a Milwaukee Patrol cop joining the force in 1978. In 1994, Clark was accused of using excessive force against a 15 year old boy. A retired detective who worked with Clark told Milwaukee magazine, quote, the people who love him don't know him and the people who know him don't like him at all. There have always been warning signs that Clark might be a really bad dude.
