How to Connect Industrial Simulation Software to Reinforcement Learning
At PathMite, we tried to connect customers that had really industrial simulation software with reinforcement learning. We used a project called Java CPP to connect the Java to C++ and have a common interface like OpenAI Gym. And then basically, if and when you're in the world of C ++, you can create wrappers into Python. It was kind of great because I got to see this really interesting tech stack, but then also work on working customer projects for them.
