Should Designers Code?

Jordan: I think that designers and developers will work so much better together if there was empathy for each other's disciplines. If we don't know, it's just something you have to stick with... Find someone who's willing to help you bridge those gaps or those understanding those understandings you don't quite grasp onto yet. That's a big part of like even in our medium meetups. It's building metaphors for people to help them understand like how To even think about what an array is or an object is and just helps them get a lot farther.
