I have a governance question and a management question for you this morning. The governance question comes from a story I heard about Steve Jobs at one point before the first iPhone came out. He was vacillating about whether to include apps. And so, what role did your board play in your decision to transition to all electric vehicles by 2035? And the management question is, are you doing like a skunk works kind of thing on the electric vehicle side where you're saying, okay, this is so different than our historic business?"
