Biden is often told he's an expert on ukrane. He spent a lot of time when he was vice president dealing with the ucran situation, which hasn't changed that much a in the fundamentals. I think at some point we'e goin to have to ge get on to the question of his mental competence. And it surprised me that more people don't talk about the fact that byden has these connections in terms of ukraine.
