The Definition of Efficiency in Management Consulting

The definition of efficiency is essentially extracting as much capital as you can with, you know, with for as little cost as or investment that can be put forward in humans. And I think that that's the definition of efficiency that is most prominent in a lot of these management consulting businesses. Management consulting hasn't existed forever, or even in the 19th century, they weren't advising the East India Company or the Union Pacific Railroad. It was their 20th century invention.
