Shaving to Mark Transitions

Hagrid told all of his men to shave because he thought that in hand-to-hand combat, you'd have your beard tugged on. And also, Warrior was caught in battle. The captor would actually... Oh yeah, that was Hagrid and it's a very real story. I don't know if that's a particularly realistic view of things, but, you know, again, here's an example of a leader saying, okay, this is the reason you've got to shave, you better do it.
