He is also the President of the Shanghai International Mental Health Association (SIMHA). He is passionate about increasing access to mental health services and the impact of human psychology on behavior and societies. We talk about the Shanghai lockdown and its impact. We talk about building resilience and how we process negativity, fear and existential threat. We discuss the alienation between our cultural and national identities as Chinese-Americans.
