What's De-Globalization?

I think this also ties into a larger theme that we've published a few things on, which is de-globalization. It's interesting that there was a piece I'm not sure if you saw it by the historian of neoliberalism Quinn Slavodian just a few days ago. The idea of so-called Singapore and Thames that you could transform the kind of decaying British state into this retraving, libertarian paradise off the coast of Europe. And then often actually be sort of seemingly nationalistic projects sort of reshoring or reindustrializing involved precisely these sorts of arrangements.
