Airbnb had to break up its monolith. Part of what had happened was we built really great tooling that made it easy for any team to set up a new service. And so without very strong guidance or at least alignment across engineering on when do you build a new service and how what is the relationship between services? That's a good question. I don't think there's one right answer.
