Vaxx exchange is simple middleman rent seeking. What's driving this is a Vaxx exchange are people looking for the cheapest way to send money internationally. A lot of traditional remittances don't involve Bitcoin because they're just too expensive, he says. He also points out that in some countries there might not be any local exchanges and all use something international so lots of challenges there.
