I think that some of the concepts that you're speaking of, there are somewhat forum to the traditional football industry where you just get caught on that hamster reel of execution. But for me, there was one naturally key quote that stood out to me. And it's one which I've seen in my personal in my perspective, there was a lot of academy cultures. That rings of not having the necessary self awareness, leadership, or perhaps even sports psychology skills.
