Hypertrophy Training

Alyssa: From my reading of the studies, it seems like generally doing a four range of motion rep does about the same in terms of regional hypertrophy as a long muscle length partial rep. But if you're looking for specifically, you know, even muscle hypertrophy across distal and proximal sites, you could do four inter motion or potentially even partial range of motion long muscle length reps. Acknowledging that the stimulus will probably be less specific to strength and also less for hypertrophy is better than being in pain or doing nothing.
