In the spirit of we've seen this movie before and have it played out, one of the challenges historically that's happened in an industry like EdTech or enablement tech is HR professionals talking about wanting to have a seat at the table. And the challenge is if you've hired too low inside your organization or you've not brought in the right advisors to help you build that properly, you're going to bring a person in, give them the seat at thetable. They're not going to be prepared to have that seat at the tables. Then they turn into the note taker inside the business which absolutely sucks.
