How to Get to the Top in Business

I think hard work can at least get you to the top in most sports. I couldn't be a professional basketball player, or don't have the right physique for it. Or maybe i could, i'm not sure, but i think it would be a silly bet for me to make. One other example that comes to mind is i've spent most of my career in start ups.
