A lack of morale is something that happens. A lot of different opinions that people have are pent up and it's at the root of why morale is low. The other thing that can happen is that it turns into a gripe session where everybody just unloads all of their pent up aggression about you and your business. It doesn't make me feel better these are just words and this is just a meeting.
