What Does This Mean for China and Russia Strategically?

I think that obviously what this means, and we touched on this a little bit earlier, is that the United States and our allies need to. Moving through the implications of a longstanding, deep and deepening relationship between China and Russia strategically. I think for the most part, that's going to be very difficult to achieve. We need to focus our energy on planning for and thinking through how to deal with the significant implications of the fact that these countries are going to be partners for the long haul.
