Should Infants Be Baptized?

Matthew 19, 13, and 14: Where's baptism in that text? It isn't there. We must never shut out little children from the kingdom of heaven. Some well-trained Presbyterians would argue that they can't base their doctrine on that text. In 1 Corinthians 7, 14 where Paul is talking about a woman who's married to an unbeliever. He should remain with him if he's willing to remain. The children in that relationship are called holy because of the believing wife.
