The state has a good set of laws on the books, but those laws aren't enforced. The local d and r is at times not suited to regulating amans us. There's got to be a way to figure out the compensation for if i invest two million dollars in a digestor where baselytaking cow crap and turning it into energy that makes economic sense for me. Tl, carbon captured technology will go a long way toward solving the problem until we come up with cow fart capture technology.
