Johnny Depp: I can't help but see Steve Jobs as a sort of editor there, a way to honor the fragility of ideas. He also made sure that even as he empowered Johnny, he kind of limited what Johnny was responsible for. This is a very unique company to lose somebody that was as beloved and also polarizing as Steve Jobs was. And so in in the wake of his death, there's this opportunity for him to say, well, I can do this myself.
