The Future of Food
I'm very big into and I've worked with the company in the past full disclosure, but I really do like them. Beyond meat is a great meat alternative. There's so many interesting, fascinating things that are going on. Kelp, I think is definitely going to have a moment. It's so nutrient dense. We just haven't figured out because it's slimy and it's gross and it needs to be made a little more palatable.
