Stanford students wanted to know if there was a magic wand that could solve any problem. They started by talking to businesses in the Bay Area, asking what their problems were. The first idea they came up with was an idea towards helping them better understand where their customers were coming from. But it wouldn't be the fastest way to help a small business and focus on your attention instead.
