There's a motivation to classify and understand other human beings. Achievers are less likely to ignore, deny and project on to others. At this stage one can consciously use negative energy in productive way. The achiever is more appreciative of diversity of people than prior stages. Interpersonal relationships become more intense and important for the achiever.
