Is It Racism?

Police killing of civilians have gone waigh down, and they are very rare events. I see no reason to doubt that african americans get more attention from the copse than other people. But again, it's simply unclear that racism is the cause of that. And contrary to everyone's expectations, it seems that whites are more likely to get killed by cops....
