I'm Not Sure of Myself, but I Feel Uncertain

Sally Kohn: I just want to reemphasize that certainty is probably a better metric than maturity, although maturity can come over time as you grow in age. She says we often put ourselves back on certain footing because we don't want people to know what we're insecure and uncertain around. The challenge is we miss opportunities to see those aspects of ourself or to tap into the energy that that part of ourself is attuned to," she says. "Can we make peace with uncertainty if it's inevitable? Right?"
