The Impact of Media Representation on ADHD
ADHD has been the topic of massive media debate for decades. Why is everyone care? Because there's a huge body of evidence showing that public understanding of disability and illness is influenced by media representation. Equally when you look at the media, especially in the UK, which is fucking dreadful, it's not famous for how it approaches marginalized groups or balance. We have to say some progress has been made in how some marginalized groups are portrayed in the media.
