The King of the Hallucinations

By the end of October, something had happened. He was upset and irritable; he spoke almost without ceasing for a matter of 12 to 14 hours a day. One night at dinner, he suddenly freaked out and grabbed up his oldest son and threw him against the wall. And he began exclaiming in this loud language about all incendiary, like very sexually inappropriate and explicit conversation. So it was very bad, but it was at least a physical ailment.
