I've been doing a lot of nasal breathing lately and on my runs and holy shit. That stuff is no joke. I don't have the capacity to recover that well in between with a slow jog. And, you know, I just kind of think that your workouts are only as good as your recovery. When you do stuff like nasal breathing, it puts such a governor, such a limiting impact on your training in the beginning. It's absolutely baked in. But if you start jiu-jitsu, if you can start running or anything while you're doing these exercises, they'll get easier over time.
