How to Overcome Indecision in Sales

87% of deals we studied had customers displaying either moderate or high levels of indecision. Customers don't talk about their concerns with salespeople because it's embarrassing. Sales people need to create a safe zone to discuss the issues they're dealing with. A ping in sales is quite literally when a high performing salesperson tries to articulate the fear they think the customer's struggling with, but do it in a way that makes them feel like this is totally normal.
