The most stubborn people i know that will not change happen to also be the people that have the most problems in their life. If you have conflicts with your kids not listening to you, or your spouse not understanding you, it's probably bcause you're holding on to an old paradime, an old way of communication. And we can't hold on to the old ways of communication. We need to question everything and ask yourselves those questions tat think critically about yourself and where you've learned to communicate from.
