The Seminar for Experience Presidents
When did you start the seminar for experience presidents, and how does that differ in your approach to the new president? And actually, the name has changed slightly. It's not called seminar and presidential leadership,. But it's the same program that came about simply because presidents who had been in the new president's programm said, i want to come back and talk with people. There are a ther are non traditional precidents who bring a set of skills that can be extraordinarily enriching and beneficial for an institution. Others cannot make the cultural change and don't get appreciation for the fact thet they're in a different place than they once were.
