The Benefits of Working Remotely First
I don't think you can build a startup from scratch remote first or not in person I think the iteration cycles and the communication like lag that you have when you're trying to build something in a room with people there's nothing better in person. Once a company gets to a certain scale though and you've got hundreds and hundreds of employees the reality is it's always going to become distributed so you really do have to embrace this. You need to spin more plates and do more things horizontally versus trying to drive everything forward just on one vector.
