Hejane: I think that entrepreneurship has a huge role to play in supplementing political failings and policy failures. We're able to move more quickly to try new things to innovate, but we're larger infrastructure changes cannot. Hejane: There is not universal training when it comes to gender for me care for health professionals right so even just finding a provider that can provide that care view is incredibly hard. And trans people are actively discriminated against in a health care facility in this country.
