The Importance of Faith in the Game
Faith is not a quality of the character, it's not an attribute, it is instead another resource that gets consumed. So those hazards you hit are if they go wrong, a character loses faith and may also like lose all actions for the turn. It doesn't seem to matter very much, except once a character hits zero faith, they are weak,. They're too tired because like, you know, the stars, the void, the void - it's bleak. Yeah, it can just absolutely paralyze you.
