How did you help maintain happiness at the company as it grew from that cute, smaller sibbling into the company that became ultimately much taller? You and tony? Well, i speak. What was really, i yes, most interesting for me a part of that experience is that around the same time, tony and i started keeking out on positive psychology and the science of happiness. And so i think that's what really broke zappos into a new barrier of practising these things that are so universal. Everyo wants to be happy. But how can you do that, especially in a worth playe study?"
