The house purchase was actually 1.475 as per the contract but then we had to pay around 65 000 of stamp duty yep ill yes I know ill but our loan was for 1.275 so that leaves about 265000 in cash that we had to cough up yeah wow. So that was funded by a combination of things and my borrowing capacity accounts for most of the loan because he has already got two properties right so he's got two properties the one that we live in currently which is only occupied and then another investment property he owns.
